Job Description Summary
As the HCA Program Manager - Design, Construction, and Acquisitions, you will own the program management and implementation process for GEHC installations and new Acquisitions at HCA facilities. This includes, but not limited to product review, clinical workflow, sales order review, project planning, design layout, contractor interface, submission of documentation, resource coordination, and issue resolution.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Driving customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation and Acquisition process
Single point of contact for acquisition projects where required. Ensure a one GE response to new site Acquisition
Acting as the primary liaison between GE and the customer team and the single point of contact to the customer for GE across the modalities during Acquisitions
Identification, escalation and resolution of issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets
Participation in simplification and process improvement initiatives
Key advisor to the customer in planning technology for new construction, both Imaging and PCS; specific stakeholders include Design Managers, Construction Managers, Equipment Managers, Clinical Care Area Managers and IT&S
Facilitate the collection of relevant quotes for new construction projects and Acquisitions
Single point of contact for customer to gather product information
Coordinate meetings with GEHC modality experts and customer as needed
Provide preliminary and final drawings for DI and Monitoring
Assist in collecting and routing new order documentation
Provide input into orders and revenue forecasting
Quality Specific Goals
Be aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job
Complete all planned Compliance (Quality, EHS, etc) training within the defined deadlines.
Identify and report all customer or personal compliance concerns immediately to the appropriate organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Project/Program Management Experience
Minimum of 5 years senior level business experience
Demonstrate ability to drive multidisciplinary projects
Proven Leadership ability across all levels of an organization, included executive level (CxO)
Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicated clearly
Willingness to travel 20%
Legal authorization to work in the United States
You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, included for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history and education background
Willingness to take a drug test
Willingness to submit to a check of driving record
Desired Characteristics
Experience with large-scale project management where deadlines were met on or ahead of schedule; construction, IT or installations experience preferred
Ability to work effectively in complex and fast paced environment
Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Ability to provide constructive feedback to installation teams and contractors
Formal coursework in project management
Knowledge/experience with the healthcare industry and GEHC products
Proficient in Project Management Software (e.g. MS Project)
Proficient with design tools (e.g. AutoCAD)
Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
