What You’ll Do Service a weekly route of residential pools (cleaning, testing, balancing chemicals) Diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.) Communicate clearly with customers and recommend solutions when needed Keep your truck organized, stocked, and ready for the day Use our mobile app to track service and updates What We’re Looking For Enjoy working outdoors and staying active Self-starter who can work independently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Committed to doing high-quality work every time Requirements Valid driver’s license with clean record Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Comfortable using a smartphone for daily tasks Bonus Skills Pool equipment repair experience Electrical knowledge (110/220V) Renovation or construction experience What You Get Company truck (fully stocked) Paid vacation (after qualifying period) Bonus potential based on performance Why ASP?
