Job Description

• Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs to create tailored therapeutic strategies that help them achieve specific functional outcomes.
• Implement Therapeutic Activities: Employ evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday skills.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Family Members: Instruct patients and their caregivers on effective therapy techniques to ensure continued recovery at home.
• Track and Record Patient Progress: Document clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track toward their goals.

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement for ongoing education and postgraduate certifications.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in good standing.
• NBCOT certification required.
