As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees to ensure quality food is provided in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience at Sonic. Key duties include:

1. Managing, training, and coaching Working Partners/General Managers, and conducting management orientation.
2. Directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards.
3. Overseeing employees and management in performing duties across various stations (e.g., Fountain & Frozen, Grill, Drive-Thru) during shifts, depending on store volume, to ensure quality and service standards are met.
4. Ensuring compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices.
5. Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly, reporting concerns to supervisors.
6. Reviewing work schedules to maintain proper staffing levels.
7. Monitoring cost control procedures and taking corrective actions as needed.
8. Auditing employment and payroll records.
9. Focusing on guest needs and responding to escalated guest requests and complaints professionally.
10. Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members.
11. Approving compensation within company guidelines.
12. Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial or sales issues.
13. Implementing regional marketing plans.

Additional Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
• Minimum of three years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR, with shift management experience.
• Multi-unit supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to work at least 5 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, and sanitation regulations.
• Leadership, communication, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and resolve problems effectively.
• Adherence to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
