Customer Service Representative - Westerville

Responsibilities Greet and engage customers to create a positive and enjoyable store experience. Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently. Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs. Tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a well-organized store. Clearly communicate the buying and selling process to customers. Assist with maintaining store operations and standards as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment and a strong sense of urgency. Effective verbal communication skills. Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs). Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect items closely.
