Architectural Drafter Designer – Cleveland, OH. Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour. Permanent position with benefits. Responsibilities Create and detail technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit. Ensure compliance with building codes and coordinate with engineers, project management, and other team members. Identify and resolve design conflicts and technical challenges before construction. Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication. Qualifications High School Graduate, GED, vocational school, or higher-level education (Associate or Bachelor Degree is a plus). Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit CAD; experience with CAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling). Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effective problem‑solving and communication. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must pass a criminal background check and a 10‑panel drug screen.
