Supports manufacturability and ramp-up of products, and performs technical measures to complete respective projects, in cooperation with Industrial Engineers.

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a manufacturing technician interested in joining a small-team environment, supporting a life-saving tool in the support of cancer treatment. In a relatively small operation, flexibility is key to success and the best candidate will pick up skills quickly and will be eager to learn multiple processes, enjoying task flexibility on a regular basis.

Job Description:

• Completes manufacturing equipment related installations and ramp-ups.
  
• Gathers, records and analyzes production information.
  
• Oversees use of machine control systems and their use in manufacturing equipment.
  
• Completes estimates of requirements arising from process changes.
  
• Resolves manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations.
  
• Accurately follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
  
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.
  
• Able to stand for about 50% of shift
  
• Occasionally lift and move materials or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
  

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
  

Typical Education and Experience : High School Degree or equivalent. 0 - 3 years of related experience.

The base pay range for this position is:

$35,740 - $49,148

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
