You’ll work with schools across primary grades, supporting students with a range of speech and language needs and collaborating within robust educational teams—all while having the flexibility for adventure during your downtime.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CCC-SLP preferred (ASHA certification); no SLPA at this time
• Eligible for Indiana state licensure
• Prior school-based experience highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services, targeting individual IEP goals
• Manage diverse caseloads at elementary and intermediate levels (70–100 students, depending on assignment)
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district/state guidelines
• Collaborate with special education teams and general educators
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support
