RonInfoTech Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Production Supervisor in Denver, CO.

About the Role:

This is a 4+ month contract position with potential for extension and conversion to a permanent role. We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead and coordinate manufacturing and warehouse operations in a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Drive production efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery of products.
• Develop, monitor, and execute short-term and long-term plant goals and action plans.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and promote cost-saving opportunities across production operations.
• Foster a work environment focused on teamwork, trust, quality, and employee safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA, and HACCP standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop production associates while maintaining operational excellence.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Compensation:

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• At least 1 year of experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong preference for experience in Food Manufacturing, Food Production, Warehousing, or Consumer Goods environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA, and HACCP standards.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
