You’ll work closely with production, program, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑schedule hardware. Your responsibilities will include:• Lead architecture, schematic capture and EPCAD layout for CCAs supporting missile and sensor subsystems.• Define, refine and document system, performance, interface and environmental requirements.• Conduct trade study analyses of alternate design approaches and recommend optimal implementations.• Perform circuit simulation and analysis using Cadence PSpice (or equivalent) to validate functionality and margins.• Capture schematics in Siemens Xpedition Enterprise and collaborate with EPCAD to produce robust layout and signal routing solutions.• Deliver complete design assurance packages—including data, evidence and compliance reports—for senior review.• Work closely with systems, electromechanical, firmware/software and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and testing.• Manage bill of materials, part sourcing and prototype build up activities, driving cost effective parts selection.• Verify that designs meet shock, vibration, radiation and other environmental qualification standards.Why Join UsDo you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? Basic QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related STEM field from an accredited university;Experience with circuit card design, integration, and test for one or more of the following: digital electronics, power electronics, analog/mixed-signal, or FPGA-based processor boardsExperience with Siemens Xpedition Enterprise or equivalent for schematic captureExperience with Cadence PSpice or equivalent for circuit simulation and analysisExperience with signal integrity tools such as Mentor Graphics Hyperlynx or equivalentExperience with developing and refining system, performance, interface, and environmental requirements for circuit card designsMust be a US Citizen; must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearanceDesired SkillsExperience with MFC circuit card design processes and the Design Assurance processExperience with military standards and specifications, including MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-704Experience with Xilinx/AMD FPGA families (UltraScale, Versal)High-speed design experience including PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet, SERDES, or DDR4/5 memory interfacesMATLAB experience for analysis and simulationExperience with MOSA (Modular Open Systems Architecture) and WOSA (Weapon Open Systems Architecture)Experience with CAMEO or equivalent requirements management toolsExperience with rigidflex circuit card designExperience with environmental qualification testing (vibration, shock, thermal, radiation)Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $98100.00 - $182100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
