Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

School hours run from 7:45 AM to 3:10 PM, providing a predictable and structured schedule to balance professional and personal life.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

• Active Oklahoma SLP and Educator certification (required)
• SLP-CCC, SLP with school-based or teletherapy background, or SLPA experience preferred
• Confident supporting caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school students
• Ability to implement comprehensive speech-language therapy plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized speech-language therapy services to students with varying needs
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in assessment, progress monitoring, and data-driven reporting
• Engage families and educational staff in supporting student achievement
