Luttrell Staffing Group, a leading commercial staffing company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our market presence in the counties of Hamblen, Cocke, Jefferson, and Sevier.

What You'll Do:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial staffing sector

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs

- Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions

- Represent Luttrell Staffing Group at industry events and networking opportunities
