Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-11:30 AM
Setting: Outpatient Private Practice

Job Description:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join an established physician-led private practice in Panama City, FL. This is a long-term opportunity offering clinical autonomy, an established patient base, strong earning potential, and excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic rheumatologic conditions

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust therapies as needed

• Participate in outpatient infusion services as appropriate

• Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and disease management

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate medical documentation

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree

• Completion of an accredited Rheumatology fellowship

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Rheumatology

• Eligible for Florida medical licensure

• Medicare provider enrollment/eligibility

• New fellowship graduates are welcome

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Willingness to relocate to the Panama City area long term
