This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized professional who enjoys working with people, building strong candidate relationships, and contributing to the success of a long-established, family-owned company.This is an on-site position based in Brockton, Massachusetts. The role requires regular in-person presence and is not remoteThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage recruiting activity for assigned openings from posting through hirePartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirementsPost jobs on the HRIS system (iSolved) and other recruiting platformsSource candidates through the HRIS system, job boards, referrals, and direct outreachReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluationsCoordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring processAssist with offer letters, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding coordinationMaintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking informationHelp build candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needsQualificationsBachelor 's degree preferredPrior experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple openings and shifting prioritiesProfessionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgmentExperience with Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office preferredCompensation$28.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, Life, LTD, Hopital Indemnity, AccidentPaid time offPaid holidays401(k) Why Join Crown Linen Service, Inc.?Join a respected, stable, family-owned company with more than 100 years of success.
