Job Description
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Vehicle Mechanic to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location.
*** This position is contingent upon contract award ***
Essential Job Duties
- Must be technically trained to work with computerized shop equipment and electronic components while also maintaining experience and skills with traditional hand tools.
- Have experience with and training in using specific manufacturer and aftermarket diagnostic tools to include but not limited to: scan, brake, air conditioning, and transmission tools.
- Have experience and training in understanding and using vehicle electrical schematics.
- Ability to perform required administrative paperwork for vehicle repairs/diagnostics.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Active in scope Secret clearance.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in vehicle maintenance.
- Possess appropriate ASE certifications.
Additional Information
Work Environment
- Must reside at an overseas location.
- Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions.
- Wear of location appropriate PPE and clothing when in the field is required.
