Remote Live Chat Support Agent / Specialist (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Support Agent / Specialist to provide exceptional online customer service through live chat. In this work-from-home role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, processing requests, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat and messaging platforms.

• Previous customer service, live chat, call center, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn new software and customer support platforms quickly.
