MPower Direct is urgently hiring Sales Representatives in Chicago who want a real career: structured training professional standards and a team that takes the work seriously. You get base pay plus uncapped commission paid weekly including while you train. This is not commission-only. Easily apply in under a minute with no degree or experience required.

Responsibilities
What Youll Be Doing
Chicago homeowners have the legal right to choose their energy supplier. Youll help them understand their options and make an informed choice.
- Meet homeowners face-to-face in assigned Chicago neighborhoods
- Explain the program clearly accurately and honestly
- Enroll customers yourself with no handing deals off to a closer
- Represent MPower Direct professionally in every conversation
- Train daily and work toward individual and team goals

- Experience in retail customer service hospitality inside sales or logistics or none at all
