Job Title: Critical Care RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Access Hospital RN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years License: RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; TNCC preferred Must-Have: Experience in ER and acute care, ability to triage in ER, team player Description: We are seeking an experienced RN who can confidently work in ER and acute care. The candidate must be experienced and able to triage in the ER. This position requires being in charge of nursing assistants and other nurses. It is important to be a team player and willing to assist fellow nurses. Expect to provide support in long-term care, including rounds and toileting at night. Each shift is staffed with one RN, one LPN, and one CNA. The ER census is very low, with one to two patients per shift. The hospital census is also low, with one to two inpatients. This role involves a 7 on 7 off night shift schedule. Holiday coverage will be required.
