Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Location: Ottumwa

Hours available:

Full-time and PT/PRN, Days or Nights, 8 hour shifts, Sunday - Saturday needed

Full-time and PT/PRN, Days, 10-12 hour shifts

**Must have tube feeding, trach and ventilator experience**

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Must have reliable transportation
