Our Parts Team is an integral part of our Water Heating Parts & Services organization, serving as the knowledge and operational center for our spare parts business. This role will report directly to the Spare Parts & Service Excellence Senior Manager. This role within the Parts Team will focus on these main activities: Responsibilities: Oversee the spare parts work order process, ensuring that materials are allocated appropriately and orders are processed in a timely manner. Monitor safety stock levels for all spare part products. Participate in strategic negotiations with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of key spare parts orders. Develop processes to support the timely delivery of materials and products through the entire supply chain. Exhibit a calm demeanor in stressful situations while being adaptable to change and maintaining a high level of customer care, both internally and externally. Manage key supplier and third-party service relationships including delivery and quality. Enter and reschedule master schedule demand, purchase orders and work orders. Accept other responsibilities as requested by the Parts and Service Excellence, Sr. Manager. Qualifications The ideal candidate has a background in Manufacturing and at minimum completion of high school/GED. They will also have: Strong knowledge and experience working in SAP. Experience in Order Management Experience in a Manufacturing environment Ability to negotiate and influence internal stakeholders Ability to work flexible hours when required.
