Admissions RN, Registered Nurse - Home Visits Full Time Home Health Visits Admissions (SOC) Registered Nurse BAYADA Home Health Care has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Admissions Registered Nurse ! You will complete OASIS Start of Care (SOC) visits for adult and geriatric patients located throughout northeast Massachusetts. Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.
