Summary The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor delivers personalized skincare and makeup consultations to clients on the sales floor, focusing on Cle De Peau products at South Coast Plaza. This full-time retail role drives sales through expert product knowledge, client relationship building, and an elevated customer experience. The Advisor supports visual merchandising, inventory upkeep, and promotional activities to meet store goals. Responsibilities Greet clients and provide individualized skincare and makeup consultations and product demonstrations. Achieve individual and team sales targets through clienteling, follow-up, and retail selling techniques. Maintain merchandising standards, restock product, and ensure the beauty counter is clean and well presented. Process transactions, manage client records, and support promotional events and launches. Requirements Previous cosmetics or beauty retail sales experience, preferably with luxury or skincare brands. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
