Position Summary The Assembler is responsible for building and assembling car wash equipment and subassemblies, following work instructions and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble components and products. Operate and maintain hand and power tools. Perform quality control checks. Identify and report issues with products or processes. Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assembly of car wash systems. Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams. Flexibility to perform other tasks within the operation and float to work as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Accurately utilize the ERP system for manufacturing transactions, work orders, and reporting as required Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude required; formal technical training or certification preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in shop math and precision measurement Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs. Work in cool and hot environments Able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, and perform physical movements required for the position Safety Proper and consistent use of required personal protective equipment (PPE). Compliance with GinSan and OSHA safety protocols. Participation in safety meetings and training. Uses proper lifting techniques to ensure personal and workplace safety #J-18808-Ljbffr
