Packaging Innovation Engineer - Materials & R&D

TekniPlex is seeking a Development Engineer to join the Innovation R&D Group at our Global Innovation Center in Holland, Ohio. In this pivotal role, you will lead packaging platform initiatives and support R&D projects that drive growth for our Consumer Products Business. This is an on-site position that demands hands-on work and substantial technical expertise in materials science. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline, alongside 5-10 years of relevant experience. You will collaborate closely with various teams to design innovative packaging solutions that prioritize safety, sustainability, and customer needs, while also building a career that makes an impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
