These five traits are the key to achieving our purpose:Honesty, Reliability, Curiosity, Collaboration, and Passion.About the role and what you'll be doing:As the Vice President of Investing you will be responsible for leading a global team that shapes and prices multi-million dollar, highly complex custom IT solutions for mid to large sized global corporations. In this role, you will partner with the sales organization to develop competitive market pricing for custom solutions that solve IT related business problems. These solutions require Ensono to invest capital on behalf of our clients and thus these deals require a tremendous amount of rigor to ensure that the overall structure is profitable and generates attractive returns on invested capital for Ensono. This is a highly visible role within the organization, and you will be a vital financial steward for Ensono who will interacts regularly with executive leadership and provide analyses up to and including the Board of Directors.Duties & Responsibilities:Manage the prioritization of the work across a global investing team; interface with global leaders to ensure common timelines and Financial metrics are metCollaborate with sales and technical teams to outline the solution strategy and ensure that the strategy meets the client's needsEnsure that deals meet Ensono financial targets for margins and return on invested capitalDevelop proposed pricing for sales opportunities requiring in depth knowledge of Ensono's financial structure and accounting rulesPrepare new deal financial pricing models documenting the profitability and financial viability of the sales opportunity for EnsonoPrepare investment memorandum for review by executive leadership and under certain circumstances, the Ensono Board of DirectorsCollaborate with Product team to develop pricing strategies, cost models and approve SKU level products prices and costs that can be used as standard offerings to sell standalone or as part of a larger deals scopeProvide thought leadership, ideas for winning strategies and push for innovative deal structures to close new businessCollaborate with clients to understand and verify their existing cost structure to present a sound and winning economic value propositionShape and structure deals from inception through contractingAssist sales team and legal in negotiating the contract terms and assessing/avoiding risk for EnsonoStay abreast of competitive offerings, new technologies and industry trends to influence strategic direction of the businessWork with FP&A organization to evaluate the performance of historically underwritten dealsOccasional travel which includes overnight staysWe want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
