Position’s Contributions to Work Group Will support wider team of all Buyers within group Lead strategic planning for the group Monitor, update and forecast costs and purchase orders Typical task breakdown Cost management tools daily - other buyer interaction to obtain data / reporting Various reports that will require action daily Education & Experience Required Years of experience: 3-5 Degree requirement: Bachelors Open to 2-year degree with 7 years’ experience Open to master’s with 1 year - only if they are strong in other areas Skills Strategy development Data analysis - excel /Power BI Procurement Processes Technical Skills Use of excel environments - Statistical analysis tools - pivot, lookup, light macros, Procurement Strategy experience QCDLM processes Prior negotiation experience/skills Soft Skills Presentation / communication skills across various stakeholders Team working - ability to engage and collaborate with global team members Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $32.00 - $34.00/hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
