What You'll Do
- Coordinate timely MDS assessments and ARDs
- Complete CAAs and care plan items
- Ensure documentation supports accurate MDS coding
- Participate in Medicare utilization management
- Required: LPN or RN licensure + EMR proficiency
- Preferred: Longâ€'term care experience, RAI/MDS background, PCC experience
