Mid-Level Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney to join their team in New York, NY. This role offers the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of renewable energy projects within a well-established national practice. Duties Engage in project development, commercial, financing, and transactional practice areas. Collaborate with attorneys in the Renewable Energy group. Negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements. Requirements 5-7 years of experience in renewable or conventional energy transactions, or comparable experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate, and/or project development. Familiarity with tax credit matters, including ITCs or PTCs, is a plus. Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in New York. Education Excellent academic credentials required. Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission without examination.
