Registered Nurse - Critical Care

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide expert nursing care primarily in Intensive Care Units. Key Responsibilities Include Performing comprehensive and reassessments, including post-op and discharge planning. Developing, coordinating, and evaluating individualized care plans utilizing evidence-based practices. Administering medications, monitoring patient status, and documenting care accurately. Providing patient and family education, ensuring safe procedures, and recognizing changes in condition for immediate action. Offering specialized care for high-risk patients, including restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment. Promoting safety, infection control, and professional accountability through adherence to policies and ongoing education. Delivering compassionate, respectful service, effective communication, and collaboration within the healthcare team. Engaging in performance improvement activities, contributing to quality indicators, and applying evidence-based practice. Providing age-appropriate care for adult and geriatric patients, ensuring resource efficiency and cost-effective services. Qualifications And Skills Required Current RN license in the appropriate state, with at least one year of nursing experience. Proficiency in clinical skills, documentation, and patient safety protocols. Strong communication, teamwork, and professionalism. Ability to respond to emergencies, maintain infection control, and uphold ethical standards. Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and participate in ongoing education.
