Pony Bird is looking for a qualified, compassionate Program Manager that has worked with individuals with disabilities to provide care and coordination of service. We provide comprehensive care for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in an enriching, challenging, and supportive environment.Do you excel at providing specialized, personal care? We pride ourselves on our commitment to going above and beyond for our employees with benefits including:HEALTH, DENTAL, VISION, LIFE, AND DISABILITY INSURANCE COMPETITIVE PAY PTO, SICK LEAVE, PAID HOLIDAYS 401K Join the management team at our DeSoto location and see how you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.Responsibilities:Develop and implement Individual Service Plans, based on assessments and observations.Responsible for 24 hour a day Group Home with rotating on-call and scheduling.Supervise, plan, assign, and evaluate or monitor programming and the work of staff responsible for the daily care of individuals.Work closely with therapists, service coordinator, administrations, and parents/guardians to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardized procedures, expedite support plan implementation and work-flow, and to improve the efficiency of all care/support providers.Performs various assessments; chart reviews; documentation, mealtime and environmental monitoring.Qualifications:BS in Social Work, Social Services, Nursing, Special Education, or related field from an accredited four (4) year college or university.2 or more years' experience in Program Management in a similar settingProficient in MS Office suites and various industry software programsValid Missouri License with an insurabcle driving recordLearn more about what it's like to be a member of the Pony Bird team at Bird, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer EOE/M/F/D/V/SO
