About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior executive responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and controllership of revenue within a multi-site healthcare organization. This role is pivotal in establishing the financial infrastructure, talent, and technology to support the company's rapid expansion and the increasing complexity of a multi-entity, multi-site operating environment. The Vice President, Corporate Controller will also be a key strategic partner to the CFO and executive team, with a focus on private equity value creation and the organization's growth model. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, a CPA certification, and at least 10 years of progressive accounting and controllership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires deep technical accounting expertise, particularly in areas such as ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, and VIE consolidation. Experience in a private equity-backed environment and a proven track record in financial close cycle improvement, and reporting accuracy, and leading automation and process improvement initiatives are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a background in multisite or multi-entity healthcare organizational structures, acquisition and integration accounting, and a strong ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
