Lockbox Lead Job Details:
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Location: Center City, Philadelphia Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do:
- Lead and support team members during daily lockbox processing.
- Ensure accurate handling of check payments and remittance documents.
- Maintain department organization and resolve escalated issues.
- Train new hires and uphold quality control standards.
- Process payments for parking and code violations, sort mail, and update systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 23 years as a Lockbox Lead in a fast-paced financial environment.
- Skills: Strong payment processing and data entry skills; attention to detail.
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Traits: Reliable, punctual, and a team player who's ready to assist wherever needed.
