What You'll Do

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement personalized care plans following regulatory standards
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as ADL retraining, exercises, and assistive device guidance
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Document all services, assessments, and patient progress in electronic records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers
• Provide consultation and counseling about physical disorders and recovery options

What You Need

Required:

• Valid state occupational therapy license
• NBCOT certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in occupational therapy, preferably in long-term care settings
• Strong communication and clinical skills

Preferred:

• Experience with diverse patient populations
• Ability to supervise therapy assistants or students
