Learning Disability Teacher Consultant (LDTC) Fort Lee Public Schools 2026 - 2027 School Year Job Details Position Type: Student Support Services/ LDT-C Date Posted: 7/22/2026 Location: District Wide Date Available: 09/01/2026 Closing Date: 08/02/2026 Fort Lee Public Schools is seeking a Learning Disability Teacher Consultant (LDTC) for the 2026 - 2027 School Year Qualifications Must hold a NJ Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDTC) Certification. Experience serving on a Child Study Team in a public school setting preferred. Knowledge of IDEA, N.J.A.C. 6A:14, special education procedures, and Child Study Team responsibilities. Experience conducting comprehensive educational evaluations and interpreting assessment data. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other diverse learning needs preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to establish positive relationships with students, families, and staff. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Working Conditions Fulltime, tenure track, 10 month position, withbenefits Salary range: Based on FLEA salary guide which ranges between $64,375 and $121,709, commensurate with experience.
