What You’ll Do As a Retail Associate, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly attitude. Greeting and assisting guests with courtesy and respect. Answering phones and providing accurate information. Handling the register, counting correct change, and managing transactions efficiently. Using the POS system with ease and accuracy. Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store atmosphere. Preparing coffee and barista services (training available!). Gaining general knowledge of the property and accommodations to assist guests. What We’re Looking For Have strong customer service skills and enjoy interacting with people. Are able to follow policies, procedures, and property standards. Reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Have availability for morning and evening shifts, including weekends (7:30 AM - 8:00 PM). Barista or coffee service experience is a plus, but not required—training is available!
