Maintenance Supervisor: Property Upkeep & Tech Fixes

AvantStay is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to be the go-to person for upkeep across our short-term rental properties, including residential and boutique hotels. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances and more while managing routine tasks and safety checks. You’ll work hands-on most of the time and coordinate with local managers and 3rd party vendors, documenting work orders and maintaining supplies to ensure guest satisfaction and #J-18808-Ljbffr AvantStay
