Job Overview

Client is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to provide technical service and support at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair sophisticated equipment and machinery at customer locations.
• Perform routine service visits and testing to ensure safe and effective Pulp & Paper treatment programs .
• Provide technical support to customers and identify and resolve equipment or process-related challenges.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems when required.
• Perform testing and service activities according to established procedures.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Document service activities, testing results, and customer issues as required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair .
• Experience working at customer locations or in a field service environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose equipment problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage routine service visits.
• Experience in Pulp & Paper, chemical treatment, water treatment, or industrial manufacturing is a plus.
