MRI Technologist

ARMStaffing is looking for an MRI Technologist in Tuba City, Arizona.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will provide general MRI and MRA procedures to ensure optimal patient flow in a diverse community serving both the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality imaging services as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general MRI and MRA procedures efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and safety protocols are upheld during imaging procedures.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment according to established regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document procedures accurately using the PACS/RIS system.

Required Experience

Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in MRI procedures and familiarity with PACS/RIS systems and general computer programs.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current Arizona State License in Radiology and MRI.
• Current ARRT Certification in Radiology RT(R) and MRI (MR).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
