Looking for a full-time opportunity with weekly pay, paid training, and real advancement? Whether you're just starting your career or looking for a fresh opportunity, we're hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team in the Toledo area.
No sales or industry experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching so you can build confidence, develop valuable professional skills, and grow into leadership opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
- Meet with new and existing customers to discuss products and services.
- Provide friendly, professional customer support.
- Help customers find solutions that best fit their needs.
- Learn our proven customer acquisition process through paid training.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Work closely with a team that values collaboration and personal growth.
- Attend daily coaching sessions and team meetings.
We're Looking For People Who Are
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with others.
- Reliable and eager to learn.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Available to work full-time.
- Able to provide reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Experience in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, call centers, or sales is a plus—but we welcome candidates with no experience who are ready to learn.
