Junior Software Engineer

Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – three days onsite, two days remote) Hybrid role (Contract to hire) Compensation: $35 - $42 per hour Associate Software Engineer We are seeking a motivated Associate Software Engineer specialized/has interest in front-end development to join a fast-paced team focused on developing modern web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with strong JavaScript and React experience who is excited to build user-facing applications and contribute to innovative projects leveraging AI-powered development tools. You will work closely with senior engineers and technical leaders while supporting a growing React Native initiative. Success in this role requires strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, self-motivation, and the ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
