Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice Care organization. They are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team. Occupational Therapist Job Requirements

• Home Health or Community Health Rehabilitation experience is required.
• Active California Occupational Therapist license.
• Current BLS and driver license.

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities

• Performs Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment as prescribed by the referring physician.
• Instructs and monitors the progression of patients in the use of therapeutic activities.
• Communicates with the care team and physician on plan of care and progress.
