Warehouse & General Labor Associate (Entry Level)

Folsom Valley Supply Co. is hiring four entry-level Warehouse & General Labor Associates in Folsom, CA. No experience is needed. We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who want to learn, and we train you on everything on the job. We supply building materials and home goods to contractors and stores across the Sacramento region. Our team works together in the warehouse, on the loading dock and sometimes on short delivery runs around Folsom and Sacramento. What you will do:

• Load and unload trucks, and move boxes, pallets and furniture safely
• Pick and pack orders following simple instructions and pick lists
• Help the delivery crew carry and set up items at customer sites
• Keep the warehouse, loading dock and break room clean and organized
• Help with general labor tasks like sorting, stacking, sweeping and recycling
• Learn new skills as you go, including pallet jacks and, later, forklifts

• No experience needed. This is a true entry-level job
• Reliable and on time, with a positive attitude
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Willing to do physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for your shift
• Respectful and friendly with coworkers and customers

• $18 to $20 per hour, with a raise after 90 days
• Paid on-the-job training from day one
• Forklift certification paid by us after 90 days
