CRM Residential is looking for an energetic, customer-focusedLeasing Associateto join our team! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and creating a great first impression, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome prospective residents and show available apartments
Process applications and maintain leasing records
Follow up with prospects and applicants
Coordinate with management and maintenance on apartment availability
Assist with move-ins, resident events, and marketing efforts
Keep the Leasing Center professional, organized, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous leasing experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive, professional attitude
Strong organization and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work well with people
