Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, shipping, dispatching, fleet management, and inventory control for a high-volume distribution center supporting commercial construction projects.

Position Summary: Responsible for the daily warehouse logistics and shipping operations for a high-volume distribution center. Responsible for coordinating the safe packaging, staging, and dispatching of fabricated pipe spools, ductwork, plumbing assemblies, tools, and raw materials to various commercial construction job sites. This position ensures that deliveries are optimized, materials are flawlessly tracked, and project timelines are met with maximum efficiency and minimum waste.

Experience/Qualifications Required

• 3+ years in warehouse operations
• 3+ years in team management, leading at minimum 10 employees
• 3+ years in inbound & outbound logistics planning
• Experience with using Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
• 3+ years Forklift experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years in a MEP a plus, Mechanical and Plumbing experience preferred
• 3+ years in Warehouse Distribution
• Safety Experience in 5-Why Root Cause Analysis or similar
• Experience in WMS, dispatching systems a plus
• Management of multiple locations; Pick-up and Delivery
• Current or previously held Class A CDL
• Understand and able to support; LEAN, 5S & 6S
• Previous train the trainer experience a plus

• Must be able to withstand varying temperatures.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification or the ability to obtain prior to start date.
