• Volume about 60K a year
• 7 physician shifts in a 24 hour period – 10 & 11 hour shifts
  • 2 morning (6am or 8 am)
  • 2 split (11 am – 9 pm or 2 pm – 12 am)
  • 3 night (5pm, 8 pm, and 10 pm)
