Senior Staff Accountant

Full-Time | 100% onsite
A growing consumer products organization is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvements. This is a high-visibility role working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead portions of the monthly close process (journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules)
- Perform variance analysis and investigate financial discrepancies
- Prepare and support financial reporting and audit documentation
- Partner on ERP system optimization and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain fixed asset accounting , including depreciation and tracking
- Support internal controls and identify process improvements
- Assist with tax filings and coordinate with external partners
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, data analysis)
- ERP experience ( NetSuite preferred )
- Detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
