Location: Greensboro NC Day 1 Onsite at customer location Salary: $75k with benefits.

JD:

Position typically requires 5+ years relevant experience

Provide knowledge and expertise in full cycle recruitment focused on attracting and hiring future employees including:

• Promoting the organization's employee value proposition and image as an attractive place to work
• Attracting, screening, and interviewing candidates for selection and short-listing.
• Recommending hiring of internal and external candidates for both entry-level and experienced positions.
• Administering pre-employment tests, checking references, and conducting psychometric assessments when applicable.
• Providing feedback to non-selected candidates.
• May assist with job advertising and job-posting on various job-boards.

On Professional level typically applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience (position typically requires 4+ years relevant experience).

May require the following proficiency:

• Works Constantly with general supervision.

Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.

May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
