Seasonal Sales Associate

About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you’ll provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and offering support and guidance. You’ll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with all the relevant information needed for the best experience. Additionally, you’ll work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available. Engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service. Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store. Effectively promote and sell our products. Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team. Keep up‑to‑date with fashion trends, brands and competitors; share relevant information with customers. Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues. Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in the store. Give and receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other. Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, training and courses relevant to the role and future development. Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care. Operate the fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms. Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines. Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor. Maintain in‑store OMNI services and tech tools (In‑store Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.). Support opening and closing of the store. Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role. Qualifications Passionate about fashion and the in‑store experience. Motivated by giving customers a great experience. Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive and action‑oriented. Enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Has sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment applicable to the role. Experience in fashion, retail or other customer‑service related industries.
