Registered Nurse (RN) - Bone Marrow Transplant - $67K-105K per year

Role Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) – inpatient nurse coordinator within the Hematologic Malignancy Program at Barnes‑Jewish Hospital, Washington University Medical Center. Coordinates care for patients on floor10800 who are admitted for new diagnosis work‑up, transplant, cellular therapy, planned chemotherapy regimens, complications from transplant, CAR‑T or chemotherapy. Onsite work at Barens Jewish Hospital. Responsibilities Facilitate patient care by assessing and evaluating patients’ physical, psychosocial and emotional needs. Coordinate the delivery of safe and appropriate patient care governed by evidence‑based clinical practice. Monitor care and data to optimize patient outcomes. Facilitate the education of patients and families. Act as a resource to the health‑care team and ensure actions meet the overall goals of the business. Required Qualifications RN license. 2–5years of nursing experience. Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN Candidate). Care coordination and/or oncology experience.
