Branch Coordinator

PacWest Machinery is recruiting for a Parts Sales Specialist for its branch in Pasco, Washington. PacWest provides a full line-up of machinery covering general production, aggregate processing, road building machines, compact utility equipment and attachments from well-known companies including Volvo Construction Equipment, Metso, Yanmar, Atlas Copco and others. More can be seen at About the Role This team member is responsible for parts counter sales and a high level of service to external customers and the company's service department. The individual facilitates the role of branch coordinator and is the main contact at this location. The successful candidate will open/close the branch and ensure the warehouse associate is receiving, shelving and packing parts based on standard routines. The successful candidate must be personable, self-motivated and have above average organizational skills. Requires the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal team members by telephone, e-mail and in person. The successful candidate must possess the ability to multitask. Must be willing to work a fully, fast-paced day with occasional overtime.
